General Shipping Information

Shipment is available to the United States, Canada and Selected Countries. Please allow 1-3 days prior to shipping for order processing.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipment tracking details.

Shipping Address

We do not allow changing of shipping address after the order is placed. Please ensure the address is correct upon placing the order.

Order Cancellation

When an order is in process, we do not allow order cancellation or shipping modification.

 

General Return Information

We offer a no-hassle 7-day return process for defective items, which makes shopping with us easy and worry-free. We only offer returns for defective items. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the shipping receipt date.

Return Requests

Please contact us via email to request a return. You will need to provide details on the defect and are responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be in original and new condition, with all product labels attached and in original packaging.
